Maintenance
Before the system can be started up, it is necessary to pre-treat the membrane, trigger the membrane elements, calibrate the instrument and perform other system checks. For more information, please refer to the product manual.
You have recommended actions to start the system:
- The inlet water pressure should be increased gradually every 30-60 seconds.
- The operating flow rate should be achieved gradually over a period of 15-20 seconds.
- During the first hour of operation, the resulting filtered water is unusable.
Important information
- All membrane elements must be wet at the start of operation.
- To avoid biofouling during extended work breaks, it is recommended to immerse the membrane elements in preservative solutions.
- Maximum working pressure drop – 2.1 bar.
