The Waterboss system includes a mechanical self-cleaning filter, clarification filters, and softening filters. Thanks to its special technology, the Waterboss ProPlus 380 exceeds the capacity of conventional water softeners in all key indicators.

The ion exchange resin used in the WaterBoss ProPlus 380 softening filter is monodisperse. This means that its bead diameter is only 0.2 mm. The “narrow” fractionation combined with the small pellet size results in a sorption (ion exchange) environment with very low hydrodynamic resistance and a high kinetic response of the ion exchange resin. Thus, there are no parasitic dormant resins in the system that do not participate in the operation of the softening filter. The WaterBoss ProPlus system uses countercurrent regeneration. As a result, the softening filter has a 70% salt saving during regeneration.
