FEATURES
Efficient and cost-effective, Challangerâ„¢ hydrophones are designed with a patented, motion-controlled, CAD2 double diaphragm. The double diaphragm is interconnected by a robust inner ring that keeps water in the compressed air chamber, thus ensuring the separation of the diaphragm and the hydrophore walls. This ‘air gap’ design reduces condensation problems. A resistant butyl diaphragm approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration – USA) encloses the water in a rust-free chamber. A rust-resistant system connection nozzle directs the water to prevent blockage by debris.
On the outside, an almond-coloured, double coat of polyurethane paint on an epoxy primer provides protection against UV rays and corrosion for years.
The additional sealing of the air chamber with a rubber ring in the valve cover ensures a hermetic seal for many years, making it maintenance free.
Challangerâ„¢ hydrophones are quality checked at several stages of the production line to ensure the structural integrity of each hydrophore.
Challangerâ„¢ hydrophones are the best quality pressure vessels available on the market today and represent the best value for your investment.
