Terms and conditions

Please read the rules on ordering, payment, delivery, returns and personal data processing

The Buyer undertakes:

  • Provide your full and correct contact details for the delivery of the ordered goods and accept the delivery or collect it from the post office or parcel terminal within the time limit set by your chosen parcel service, upon notification from the parcel service;
  • Failure to collect the parcel from the post office on time, failure to collect the parcel from the courier, or providing incorrect contact details, which makes the delivery of the goods impossible or difficult, shall be liable to pay the costs incurred by the Seller for the return of the goods and/or redelivery of the goods.

Ordering and delivery:

  • The price of delivery of the goods, which depends on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer and the address indicated, is calculated and made available to the Buyer on the website’s checkout page;
  • Acceptance of the order and receipt of payment for the goods shall be confirmed by sending an email(s) to the Buyer;
  • Goods ordered and paid for by the Buyer shall be dispatched by the shipping service of the Buyer’s choice, to the address or post office or parcel terminal of the Buyer’s choice, or shall be ready for collection no later than within 1 (one) working day.

Delivery terms:

  • Goods will be dispatched to the Buyer no later than 1 (one) working day after receiving the cleared payment;
  • The Goods ordered for collection at the Seller’s office will be prepared for pick-up in no later than 1 (one) working day after receiving the cleared payment. The Goods will be handed over to the Buyer at a mutually convenient pick-up time agreed with the Seller in advance by e-mail or phone call;
  • Goods made to order, where this is stated in the product description, are produced and dispatched within 4-5 weeks;
  • The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer and the address provided.

Periodic (subscription) orders:

  • Periodic (subscription) orders for goods, the content of which is identical to the first order placed by the Buyer, shall be repeated at the frequency chosen by the Buyer and shall be submitted to the Buyer for payment via the email address provided;
  • The Buyer shall have the right to cancel periodic (subscription) orders at any time by logging into his/her account on the Website and by submitting a request to the Seller in writing or orally;
  • If the Buyer fails to pay for a periodic (subscription) order for 2 (two) weeks, subscription will terminate with no subsequencies whatsoever. No new recurring orders shall be formed and sent to the Buyer.

Returning of goods:

  • Any defects in the goods sold shall be rectified, defective goods shall be replaced and returned in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by Government of the Republic of Lithuania in its Order No.697 of 11 June 2001 “Retail Trade Rules”.
  • The Buyer, a natural person, has the right to withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without stating a reason, with the exception of the exceptions provided for in Article 6.228(10)(2) of the Civil Code. The Buyer can only withdraw from the Sale and Purchase Agreement if the goods have not been used, have not been damaged, have not lost their merchantable appearance (labels are intact, protective films have not been torn off, etc. (this does not apply to the return of low-quality goods) and if the appearance of the goods or of the packaging has been altered in a way that is only necessary to enable you to inspect the received goods. The Buyer must use his rights responsibly and return the product in its original packaging in good working order, with all parts of the product intact. In the event of withdrawal, the Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.
  • The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days since the date on which the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer, other than the carrier, receives the ordered Goods. The Goods must be returned to the Seller no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the notice of withdrawal, at the Buyer’s expense and risk, by delivery to the Seller’s registered office or to a post office agreed in writing with the Seller in advance. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the goods are properly packed for return shipment.
  • The payment for the returned goods, excluding the amount paid by the Buyer for delivery, shall be refunded within 7 (seven) days of the receipt of the Buyer’s withdrawal. The money shall be refunded to the Buyer using the same means of payment used by the Buyer to make the payment.

Payment methods:

  • You can pay with a new and secure payment method – KLIX. This is a payment method developed by Citadele Bank, which ensures the security of your data and money. KLIX offers you the possibility to pay by card, directly from your bank account, and to pay in instalments after receiving a loan offer.
  • KLIX Pay by card – VISA and Mastercard payment option. When making a payment for the first time, the buyer can agree on the payment form to save the card details in the KLIX application. If you agree to save your card details, you will be able to pay faster the next time you use KLIX on any website, as your card details will already be automatically filled in. The KLIX card payment system complies with the requirements of the Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
  • KLIX payments from your bank account. This is a fast and secure payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases. To make a payment, select your bank, log in and confirm the payment. KLIX is a secure bank payment originator providing a service in accordance with the European Union’s Payment Services Directive 2007/64/EC (PSD 1).
  • KLIX Pay Later enables e-shoppers to buy today and pay later. KLIX Pay Later Financing Terms:
    – It takes just a few minutes to enter into a contract;
    – We finance the price of an item or basket of items from €200 to €7,000;
    – Buy now and split the order amount into equal monthly instalments;
    – Buy with or without an initial down payment;
    – When you buy an item on a Pay Later basis, you will immediately become the owner of the product.
  • By shopping and selecting KLIX Pay Later, e-shop visitors will be able to receive offers from KLIX partner lenders, compare and choose the most suitable offer, and remotely sign a hire purchase loan contract.

Data management:

  • The buyer’s data is processed by MB Filterplace.
  • By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that his/her personal data may be transferred to UAB Montonio finance, UAB Omniva LT, UAB DPD Lietuva, UAB Venipak Lietuva, UAB Visas transportas, Packeta Poland Sp. z o.o. in order to ensure the delivery of the ordered goods or the payment for them.
Dispute resolution procedures:
  • Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by agreement between the parties or, in the event of failure to reach an agreement, in the court of law of the Republic of Lithuania.
